Eligibility for Exchange
We offer exchange only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

An exchange request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the order

The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn, with original tags and packaging intact

Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers

Items marked as Final Sale

Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or washing

Customised or altered products (if applicable)
Exchange Conditions

Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or genuine product defects, subject to stock availability

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery

If the requested size or product is not available, a store credit may be issued at our discretion

Exchanged products will be delivered within 3 working days after the exchange is approved
No Return & No Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds

Once an order is placed and delivered, it is not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchange Pickup

If the exchange is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable)

In certain locations, customers may be requested to self-ship the product. Shipping instructions will be shared by our support team

Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution are natural and not considered defects
