Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India

  • International shipping (if applicable) will be mentioned separately on the product or checkout page

Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout

  • Any additional COD charges will be clearly mentioned before order confirmation

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected pin codes only

  • Meo Missh reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders or locations

Delivery Issues

  • If an order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date

  • Meo Missh is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or multiple failed delivery attempts will not be eligible for refund of shipping charges

Packaging

  • All products are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition

  • If you receive a damaged package, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately
